About

OnlineTraining Ltd is a dedicated group of professionals who believe that all children should be given the best chance in life. Our courses are designed to help you and your school improve learning outcomes for ALL children.

We offer blended online SEND courses for teachers and teaching assistants who support children with special educational needs. Each course provides an understanding of a different SEN or disability, together with practical, evidence-based strategies that you can start using immediately.

We also have courses on effective teaching and learning and managing behaviour that are not specific to learners with special educational needs.

In addition to school focused courses we have courses for FE settings that were commissioned by Action for Inclusion.

We work with SEND experts to create engaging, user-friendly online courses. These are then blended with online and direct tutor contact, for some human support and specialist guidance. This support can be provided by an OLT tutor or, where an organisation subscribes, those responsible for providing in-house specialist support.

Free Courses
We offer FREE short courses where we highlight some of the difficulties and challenges that parents face when dealing with Autism and challenging behaviour. As well as a course on Working in Partnership with Parents. These include a number of video interviews with parents and teachers to support the content.

Two other FREE courses we offer are SEND Code of Practice 2015 which reorganises text from the Code to make it more accessible for education professionals, and Learning Theory which looks at the most useful theories of learning, what they have in common and how they can inform classroom practice.
