I am a Health Professions Council (HPC) registered Occupational Therapist with experience in all areas of mental health and learning difficulties with children, adolescents and young adults.
I work alongside individuals and groups suggesting strategies to help young people to find new ways of doing things; adapt their activities, lifestyle and environment to support growth and development in all areas of their lives.
I also work with young people to look at any physical difficulties and help them set achievable goals to aim for, working alongside them and their families to find new ways of doing things and ultimately promote realistic independence.
I offer Occupational Therapy assessment and treatment in all areas of mental and physical health and learning difficulty and am able to work with young people in any setting including school, at home or in the community.

Mental health; anxiety, phobias, depression, psychosis, substance use, bullying, mood, bipolar illness, wellbeing and resilience, sleep.
Transition into adulthood.
Help with planning vocational activity and moving into employment.
All daily tasks, activity and functioning.
I can tailor one off or ongoing training in all of the above for teachers, parents, charities and community providers.
I always work in a family centred way and am trained in Behavioural Family Therapy (BFT)
Cognition and learning, Communication and Interaction, Sensory and/or physical development difficulties , Medical conditions , Emotional, social & mental health difficulties.
Early years, Primary, Secondary, Post 16, Transition to adult services.
