The courses use an accredited system to support each person to write a personal plan for wellbeing. The groups are "closed" so that the same people come to each session and the members have a chance to get to know and trust each other. There are games, discussions, creative work all aimed at allowing people to see their own ways to stay physically and emotionally healthy.
The facilitators who lead the courses are trained and accredited to respect group members and allow space and time for people to contribute as much or as little as they wish.
Brium courses consistently receive great feedback and people often continue to meet after the courses have finished.
